Hi everyone. My name is Rhonda. I am a SAHMto 4 and looking to make friends and to support others in this struggle to lose weight. I have tired just about everything and have yo-yo dieted along the way.This past Monday, I had a changing experience and knew I needed to take my life in a different direction. I went to a girl scout meeting with my six year old daughter and was horrified when the leader e-mailed me the picture of us. I could not believe that was me.

A friend recommended this site as a great site to check out...so here I am and happy to be here!

    Welcome - Isn't it funny how we decieve ourselves into not seeing the "ME" that other people see. It took me a long time to face what I had become - this site is the best ! No more yo-yo dieting :) Oh yes- add me for support !
