My Logging is correct, not a cal burned or food eaten before its logged. Um, well I had been doing around half an hour of cardio with every gym session around 3 times a week, but recently changed that to about 20-25 mins of intervel cardio?

Can i just make clear that I have been dieting for a month and losing, from last week to this week however I have gained 6 pound, not started this week and gained. Thanks for th advice guys!

I have dropped my cal intake from atleast 2500 to 1500-1800 and added in more exersise, do you think water weight could be from the step up in cardio recently? Could metabolism from hardwork on tour and then a month of less activity finally be catching up?

Hi, Probably between 3 and 4 K per run, I know though that I could run a tad faster, so it would not be fare off the full 5K. :)
