In for the suggestions, mine do the same thing.

This. I can gain or lose 20 lbs and no-one notices. I am 5'10", 203lbs, and wear a size 16. I was 130 lbs quite a few years ago and a size 12 (maybe a tight 10). Still trying to understand that one.

I always have a protein bar with me for this exact reason.

I don't have a stance on this either way but wanted to point out that it isn't micro-toxins, it's mycotoxins. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mycotoxin

I just started using the Polar Loop and really like it. It works with a HRM (Bluetooth smart), is waterproof, and comfortable to wear even at night. I have used the Bodymedia link before and didn't find it comfortable to sleep in and it isn't waterproof. Check out the Loop, so far I really like it.

Thank you for the reply and the link. I will check it out.

I wear at HRM and am curious; do they err to the high side or low? I do mostly weight training with mine.

I'm in! My goals are to track and be accountable, get to the gym a minimum of 3x per week, and work on getting better quality sleep. Bathing suit season is only 7 months away.

Way to go! Very inspirational!

I wear mine constantly becasuse I also like to monitor my sleep (I don't sleep well in general). I take it off to upload the data and recharge it in the morning while I shower. Usually I just forget I'm wearing it and go about my days. It links well with MFP for food intake, I've never had a problem, and it will adjust…

I have been using the armband for a few months and found that the biggest benefit has been just being aware of how many calories I burn vs. how much I eat. Very useful information to have.

Bump for later, interesting topic. ETA: I can't spell
