easy quick food ?

i finish work at 5:30 and need energy for a class at 6:15 ,
what can i eat that will not bloat me but give me enough energy to do 1 hour cardio ?

    I really like pre-cooked jumbo shrimp! All you have to do is thaw it (takes 2 minutes).
