Activity/calorie/sleep tracker

So, I've been looking at the Fitbit Force, BodyMedia CORE, and Basis B1 and I'd like a calorie/sleep/heart rate tracker.
It doesn't appear that the Fitbit tracks heart rate or perspiration and just guestimates calories burned by movement. Does anyone use the Fitbit Flex or Force? And if so have they used/compared it to one of the other trackers that does monitor heart rate and how accurate or close were they?
I'm also more inclined to go towards the BodyMedia options because it goes on the back of the arm and would be more comfortable to wear for 24 hours a day unlike a watch design, in my opinion. I haven't seen too many reviews or users of the Basis but it looks nice.
Also, does anyone that use any of these products know if they're water proof? Or alternatively, if someone has any other suggestions, I'd gladly take a look at them.

I have a MotoActv and LOVE it...except it needs to be charged every day and is not water proof. So I got a Fitbit Force in November, which is decent.
The Force is:
Water resistant, but not water proof.
Is a good general tracker so may be off a bit on steps or calories burned in a day.
Does not do HR monitor or such
has a nice accompanying website that ties into MFP too.
Any other questions please let me know.0 -
Thanks.
How far off do you typically find the Fitbit to be?0 -
I found this article this morning! It might be helpful!

I would reccomend you the new Basis Carbon Steel Edition because it is more comfortable to wear and is better looking than te old B1.

I have the BodyMedia Core & love it. It also integrates w/ MFP which I find helpful, not seamlessly, but I think that's b/c I'm using both computer and mobile apps at the same time and throughout the day.
BodyMedia reccomends only wearing the monitor 23hrs a day, which is nice. I honestly would only ever take it off if I was swimming (I wish I could wear it while doing laps!) or taking a shower. It would charge for maybe 30min and be good to go.
I highly reccomend it!0 -
I use the BodyMedia Fit Link and it seems to be fairly accurate, as far as I can tell. It takes a bit of getting used to, but after a while you don't even notice it's there.
I also have it synced with MFP. I really like it, it gives me a good read out one what my body has done throughout the entire day/night. I think it can also track your HR if you have a Garmin HR monitor...it doesn't work with my Polar.0 -
We sell Fitbits and Bodymedia where I work, and while this doesn't necessary mean anything...I sell tons more fitbit than any other fitness monitor we've got.0

I just started using the Polar Loop and really like it. It works with a HRM (Bluetooth smart), is waterproof, and comfortable to wear even at night.
I have used the Bodymedia link before and didn't find it comfortable to sleep in and it isn't waterproof.
Check out the Loop, so far I really like it.0
