  • Great work so far but keep it up!
  • Cheat everyday. Calories in versus calories out. Just make sure you get your vitamins in but don't go over your calorie count and splurge a little on tastier food in a lower quantity.
  • I don't know a lot about the gummy products by Hydroxycut but it's mostly a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend any weight loss supplements; just old fashioned calorie counting.
  • Read the back of the packaging. It will list ingredients in order of amount in the product. From original muscle milk. Protein Blend (Calcium And Sodium Caseinate, Milk Protein Isolate And/or Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate And/or Concentrate, Whey Peptides, Lactoferrin, L-Glutamine, Taurine) It's got mostly milk…
  • While 1,200 doesn't seem like a lot of calories you can spread it out and use filling meals to make it feel better for you. Eat a lot of spinach, greens in general. Low calories and will make you feel full when added with a protein like chicken or tuna. Your complex carbohydrates is a good way to use it, however, most of…
  • Rice - basmati Egg whites Spinach - raw Chicken breast bacon
  • Look at the ingredients list on the side of the box. If you see more than 3 things you don't know what it is i'd recommend avoiding it. In all seriousness; fruity pebbles is loaded with sugars and processed carbs known as simple carbs which are much less healthy compared to complex carbs like brown rices, certain pastas,…

Most stores here charge 4-5$ a lb for…
  • Different people will tell you different things. Personally I love my whey protein powder to add in for meals/protein I wasn't going to get from food. Our protein needs depend on our age, size, and activity level. The standard method used by nutritionists to estimate our minimum daily protein requirement is to multiply the…
  • WATER, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS, MALTODEXTRIN, CELLULOSE GUM (E466), CITRIC ACID (E330), SUCRALOSE (E955), PRESERVATIVE: SODIUM BENZOATE (E211), COLOR: CARAMEL (E150d). Ingredients list from Starbucks website. Now the sucralose is considered bad because it makes the body think it's getting something for nothing and…
  • A good substitute for your soda/diet soda (The sucralose or aspartame in the diet actually makes you hungrier and in the long term isn't good for your body.) Is club soda. Mix it with crystal light (pure is the best of the crystal lights) and it's a carbonated-like fruit drink. Club soda goes well with a lot of drinks!…
