I don't know a lot about the gummy products by Hydroxycut but it's mostly a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend any weight loss supplements; just old fashioned calorie counting.

They are not only a waste of money, but they are terrible for your health and will make you feel like crap.
You'd do better tossing them out than taking them at this point.
