  • There is a button we have that is called the IDC button. The I don't care button. Don't push that button! Also, my cheat days, I try and just cheat 280 calories so when I complete my diary I still lose weight in 5 weeks even while cheating.
  • In Texas I can't imagine running in 100 degree weather for 9 miles with no water. OMG Jackson please tell me what hydrating means. I thought it did mean drinking a ton of water. In the morning, I start drinking 1.5 - 3 liters of water a day so I thought that meant I am hydrated!
  • Thanks for the great feedback. I live in Texas. Temps can reach 106 in the sun. I really will hydrate well before and bring a small water bottle. I'm already carrying my phone, my car keys and now a water bottle so a belt would be a good idea.

  • I am a US 14. The main reason is because of my belly! So my sizes that fit me best are Juniors 13, 15 or Women's 14. Most XL shirt will fit but sometimes I like a 1X.   • sorry bzah10 I mistyped. I run my errands, then run, then shower. I'm disgusting after my run there is no way I would do anything after I run BUT shower :) I do dilute my Dr. Bonners celadontea. I have oily skin and break out some. The tea tree oil helps but I think it is not strong enough after a sweaty run.
  • I usually run in thick cotton old t-shirts. Interesting, I bet they are too thick and not breathable enough. Also, I usually run late in the day like about 5:00 p.m. so on weekdays I shower at 7:30 a.m. then not till after I run at 6:00 p.m. That could be it.   • If you weigh in after a swim and sauna your weight will be lower but the next day it maybe higher. Your weight will fluctuate up and down day to day anyway. I personally weigh on monday. The weekends are my toughest time. I figure a pound lost on Monday TRULY EQUALS a pound lost. Good luck!
