Is anyone else experiencing technical problems with this site lately? It loads very slowly, or not at all on my pc., and today I tried to use the app on my iphone and I can't log in because I get a message that says "Alert, we can't connect you to the server to log you in".

I am on via my work computer but I cannot get on using the app. It is telling me incorrect user name and or password. I tried changing my pw here and it is telling me I have the wrong pw. I know my pw! I am slightly annoyed.0

same issue here. tried to reset my phone, redownload the app, reset my phone, nothing has worked. I paid for the premium service, I hope when its resolved I don't loose the info that I've logged.0

Same problem as everyone else seems to be having. I can log onto MyfitnessPal via website but cannot log in via mobile app. Attempted restarting my phone as well as uninstalling/reinstalling the mobile app. Also changed my password 2 times and still no good on the app. Very frustrating.0

Same here. Can access on Computer but app is saying wrong password even after I reset it. Where are the Mods to help us out? I have never had problems before other than the occasional glitches.

I can confirm I can also only log in through my web browser - the app tells me I am entering a wrong e-mail address or password -_-. I hope the MFP team can fix it soon!0

The app is broken and authentication is slow on the website. It seems pretty clear they're having issues, it'd be nice if they posted about it somewhere, especially for those of us that are paying for this service.1

When it required me to reset my password. I was sent an email that said Need help? See the Help and Support section. I went to the Help and Support section. then the myfitnesspal section. Then the troubleshooting section. Then clicked the email link in the Don't see the answer to your question?
I sent an email and am waiting for a reply. I also tried turning my phone off/on and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
