fruits and veggies are free
I heard that with weight watchers fruit and veggies are free. I thought that meant I can eat all I want of fruit and veggies. My bigger dilemna is that I'm in the negative and haven't eaten dinner yet. I was going to go home and eat fruit and veggies. Is that a good plan?

I sat down to eat my lunch and 1/2 way through I started logging my intake. I had to throw away the rest. I was very surprised how quickly it added up. Todays me threw away 1/2 a flour tortilla and only ate 1 and 1/2. It was too late to do better. The rest of the day I will have to adjust to do damage controI! Thanks MFP

Now that's progress!
I started Monday and was 1092 OVER my calorie limit. Yesterday I was only 123 OVER my calorie limit. I will call that progress and keep trying. I have really maintained a good excercise routine over the years. Food is my hard part. This is a cool site, I think I can learn a lot.

Where do I start? Do I log my intake? Today I ate 2 full bagels and fruit. I really need help with nutrition. When I'm craving bread or crackers what do I eat instead. ? I have never counted calories before and I don't have an IPhone.
