I was nevver much of a runner until last Aug.. A few of my friends go together and said they wanted to do a marathon. The longest I have ever ran is a 13 miles and it took forever. My advise is don't let yourself stop. Splurge on a ipod, download your fav songs and go. I still have trouble making myself run but its worth…

Yeah! Great job! I couldn't even jog for 2 mins when I started! Do it in minutes. Like jog for 5 mins, walk for 1 and keep it up for as long as you can. Your body will learn to recoup in that one minute and you can run a little harder and steadier during the 5, eventually you will be running 3mile easy!

Hey Friends, I tried looking up spin class/cycling on the excercise database but it has stationary bike and then each leval of fitness. The problem with spin class is you do more interval training. For me, I sweat and my heart pounds the entire time. But I still can't consider this to be Very moderate the entire hour long…
