Forgive me for asking this but what is EC? Right now before I started MFP I was 330 pounds and now I’m in the 280’s range. For some reason I have hit that wall I can’t seem to get past. I work out any time I can get a chance, between work and family I have to play it by ear. But it seems like I do most of my work outs in the evening.

This is my weekly work out. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays Cardio on Elliptical = 45 Mins / 4.0 – 5.0 MPH Heart rate 155 Weight lifting machines circuit = 3 Sets of 12 reps (Arms, chest, shoulders, Abs, legs) Medium weight Sometime Monday or Sundays Spin class.
