Lemon Merengue Parfait - it's my current fave : ) A sprinkle about a tablespoon of graham crumbs in the bottom of a small bowl, 1/2 cup of the source lemon merengue yogurt (50 cal/serving) and top with the ff cool whip. It's so satisfying!

These stories are crazy! My worst "s*it" people say story came from a "psychic". My friend had a reading party and when it was my turn this quack started to lecture me about how I should only eat my meals from a side plate, that way, I could eat whatever I want but ensure moderation. The kicker? I wasn't even overweight at…

The only tip I've ever given my dentist was "you should get more current magazines"... Does that count? Otherwise, tipping a medical professional is ridiculous.

My favourite salad right now is super simple and delicious if you like blue cheese : ) Arugula (3 or 4 cups) Thinly sliced red onion (just a few pieces) 1/2 oz crumbled blue cheese 1 small anjou pear (any pear is okay, I just happen to like that kind) Handful Cherry Tomato 1/4 cup diced cucumber 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds…

Always some variation of Greek yogurt and fruit. Sometimes in a smoothie form and other times not. I've been on a smoothie kick for a couple months so lately it's been blueberries (1/3 cup) and 0% Greek Yogurt (1/4 cup) with a tablespoon of flax and 1/2 cup of low cal OJ. I have that on my commute and eat a turkey stick…

Prime rib is my go-to entertaining meal. It's delicious, easy and traditional! I almost always make a traditional trifle to end a prime rib dinner. It's visually stunning and holds up really well (if people are stuffed and only have a couple bites the host will have lots of yummy leftovers) I generally use raspberries (and…

I made something new! Corned beef brisket in the slow cooker with potato, carrot, onion and cabbage. An early ode to St Paddy : ) It was delicious!

Thanks for the offer, so very sweet of you!! I do however already have a BFF with whom I get my daily bacon joke quota filled. I'll let you know if that situation ever changes. : )

Hamburger Happy Meal with Apple Slices/Caramel Dipping sauce. OR - when I simply can't fight it - a big mac/. I'm scared to know how many calories the BMC is... Going to look now! : p EDIT to say - Holy A through F - pretty much 1000 cal without a drink... Ugh, Sometimes it's almost better to *not* know...

I'm no expert so please, take this only as suggestion. Perhaps you are losing fat and gaining muscle? Are you tracking inches lost too? Have you noticed a difference in the way your clothes fit? I am very sensitive to the scale also so I feel your frustration but I have heard many times that muscle weighs more than fat and…
