I always eat at work. recently:

Kroger brand brown sugar and pecan oatmeal. It's bland so I add a spoonful of pb and melt it in.

Kroger carb master yogurt with Bear Naked honey almond granola

Sometimes I add turkey sausage links to either of those.

I've recently come to love refrigerator oats with frozen fruit, flaxseed and sometimes chopped nuts, although for some reason I don't like them with added liquid (milk) and I just use 1/8 c oats to about 4 oz of Greek yogurt. So tasty!

My main go-to for the past year has been an egg taco, though. SMALL fajita-size flour tortilla, Canola-fried egg, and a splash of chipotle ranch dressing.

Sometimes I switch it up and just have a piece of toast with either butter or jam & a fried or boiled egg,

Always pair the above with a nice cup of coffee (splash of milk and a packet of artificial sweetener). My breakfasts are usually right at 200 cal and I credit this with a lot of my progress honestly. My weekends are more active and my weekend breakfasts are typically around 400-500 cal...without lots of exercise, my weekdays would be screwed with that kind of meal!

1 Village Hearth Light English muffin - toasted lightly
    3 thin slices of turkey
    1 slice Sargento Light cheese

Pop in microwave when assembled to get all warm and melty

    165 cals.

Sometimes I add a Morningstar Veggie sausage patty

Always some variation of Greek yogurt and fruit. Sometimes in a smoothie form and other times not. I've been on a smoothie kick for a couple months so lately it's been blueberries (1/3 cup) and 0% Greek Yogurt (1/4 cup) with a tablespoon of flax and 1/2 cup of low cal OJ. I have that on my commute and eat a turkey stick and piece of cheese mid morning.

I have to eat 5 small meals while I'm in the office or I will succumb to one of the many treats floating around here on any given day...

I love this thread - great ideas!

I'm not much of a breakfast person (not good I know) I usually go for a slim fast protein shake. That way I don't have to stop to eat and I know I am getting nutrition. Much better than my usual cup of coffee.

A piece of whatever fruit I have kicking around
Sometimes coffee (but not always - it makes me anxious)

    I switch between 2:

    1 slice whole wheat toast
    1 tbsp. natural peanut butter
topped with whatever fresh fruit is on hand (blueberries, mango or banana typically)

    or:

    1 slice whole wheat toast
    1/4 avocado
    1 slice tomato
fresh ground pepper (must go on top of tomato-I'm very strict about this for some reason)
    1 poached egg

I follow this up with a non-dairy smoothie, which varies day to day, but this morning's was particularly delicious:

    1/4 cup blueberries
    1 banana
    3/4 cup coconut milk
    1 tbsp. natural peanut butter
    roughly 1/4 cap full vanilla
    sprinkle cinnamon

I almost always eat a bowl of yogurt for breakfast because I am in a hurry in the morning. Sometimes, I will have fruit/vegetable juice with breakfast. I might have to go down for a glass of juice now...

It varies but my most consistent is: 2 beaten egglands best cage free eggs (only a dollar more-so worth if your going to splurge)
    garlic powder to taste
1.30 oz Boars head buffalo chicken deli meat sliced thin pulled apart and thrown in eggs
    pepper
sometimes green pepper diced, if, on hand or any other veg on hand
grated parmesan cheese to taste about 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp
    onion powder
and 1/2 serving of shredded cheese of any kind
serve with plain or buttered toast …

this is post workout meal/breaks as I strictly do not eat until i workout maybe some green tea or coffee but not always have tea or coffee. note: i amine doing things this way and it works for me so not everyone can go without food pre workout nor safe but me I can handle it.
