I am walking just about a mile a day with my dog and I practice yoga 20 - 30 mins daily.

I use the FItBit to calculate cardio and I am not tracking strength training at all. I am on a business trip so I am eating out every day. I eat pretty much the same things every day. I love mine too! I log them in as Wii Fit Plus says they are. Since it knows my weight I assume it's accurate.

I bought a Wii and was gifted the Wii Fit Plus. Also bought a nice treadmill. 5lbs so far since March. Really motivated! Battling food addiction and that is hard but stocking the cupboards with health snacks like popcorn and NO sweets is helping. Eating protiens and veggies as main plate anchor and minimizing carbs. I am no runner, but I've been told that bananas eaten before or after help with leg discomfort because the potassium. Also cutting out soda pop since there is a chemical (even in diet) that pulls the potassium out (or prevents it absorbtion) and that leads to leg pain... Good luck!

Blood sugar drop when you excerise. I havwe insulin resistance so I just have juice before hand and drink a protien shake afterwards.

I don't buy into the "eat your calories back" idea! Seriously, I am trying to lose weight. I track my food to be accountable and just ignore that foolishness. Good luck!!

I've had it a week and I love it. I prefer Jillian Michael's workouts. I did do a jog through Times Square though.

According to our fertility clinic, I have lost 4lbs officially!! I am so proud. I am praying 26 more will help the Menopur work on my body.

I failed at one hour of Yoga a day but I did get one half hour in daily!

Since covering mine with a gel pad its waaaay off. About 5 to 10 lbs. I ignore the Wii's assessment of my weight.

Right now, the only "personal" trainer I have came with the treadmill. I have lost 1.4 lbs this week. Only 28.6 more to go for IVF consult.
