Hi everyone...I joined this past week, but was really busy and finally i am sitting down to introduce myself. I am Cherokee, and i am a stay at home mom of 4 boys...i need to drop about 60 lbs ...EEK!!! i joined a gym this past week and i dislike going but i know i need to be healthy for my kids and more importantly, myself!!

Hey first of all Welcome !! and about the gym thingy find a work out partner..or befriend someone at the gym..it's easier when you work out with somone .pretty motivating.0

one of my close friends joined the day after i did..that makes it much more bearable..we may have talked a few other ladies into joining with us.. My husband works out at home but may join the gym too...I don't really 'want' to work out with him (former Marine Drill instructor...lol) but i have him looking for good exercises for some minor weight lifting for me0

im new. :-) basically, im short and a little heavier than i want to be. i gained 25-30 pounds last year because of fatty foods. i'd like to lose it again, so we will see. by the way, if anyone has good individual workout ideas...I AM ALL EARS.0
