Try to be more diligent with your calorie intake. I literally weigh everything I eat just about. Also, let your body adjust to it's new weight! Don't stop doing what you're doing! Your body will adjust accordingly! Never give up :)

Probably a milk or milk derivative allergy. I had the same thing after having my daughter. Mine eventually went away over time but not to say that yours will though. If I were you I would go and get an allergy test done. You don't want to run into something you shouldn't eat and find yourself in a life threatening…

Again, your reply has nothing to do with my topic. I'm only cutting out red meat and birds. I'm still going to have dairy products and eggs in my diet. So unless you are following a pesceaarian diet and have some pointers or want to talk about life following this diet, then great, stay and let's talk. I didn't create this…

OK first off i did not say vegetarian. Being a pescatarian means not eating land animals. Mainly because of the both saturated fats and cholesterol. This was not supposed to be a debate on becoming a vegetarian. I'm choosing to opt out of red meat and birds from my diet. Again i never said anything about becoming a…

Well, no not at all. Homemade box brownies that are 31g per serving size, that i weighed out myself with my foodscale. So more like 800 in calories to be absolutely exact. And yes, I did work all those out in close to two hours straight cardio, but thanks for the input.

i binged yesterday and ate 5 brownies (every one of them was delicious) i just made sure i worked off all of those extra calories to still have a good day! But for professional help, I am not sure.
