No - I remember being tired after my daughter was born but baby steps. You just had your baby so enjoy that time. Fitness videos at home (I like the Jillian Michael ones) or if you have a Xbox or Wii, the Dancing games are a lot of fun to play inside.

I have an identical twin sister and she has gotten rid of her pooch by clean eating and lifting. She constantly tells me that "Abs are made in the kitchen" and I now believe it. Maybe take a hard look at your diet as well.

Starting weight today is 163 Goal weight for end of September is Range between 155 - 157.5 I will try to do 2lbs to 1.5 lbs a week clean eating and exercising.

He only attacked you verbally because he is unhappy with himself. Someone who is confident and happy does not need to attack someone else so viciously. What kind of exercise are you doing? What kind of cardio? Are you doing the same thing? How much weight lifting are you doing? Are you increasing your weight? You are losing inches but you have to realize that you are gaining muscle at the same time, one of the reasons why the number on the scale doesn't change.
