might help to try and get away from already made foods, for example you had 2 different sandwiches on your food diary and I can make a sandwich at home with one piece of saralee bread 45 cal loaded with veggies then oscar mayer deli meat on the outside to hold it together with an apple, carrots and celery and it fills me…

im 5'2" 245 and started out at 264, heaviest being 286 after giving birth, so my current goal is 199 and im happy with that for the time being im already feeling much better than i have in years, good luck to everyone.

i started eating my sandwiches open faced so that cuts my bread in half and when i need something sweet i eat snack size candy bars or Dove sugar free candy

did you say you weighed at night and was .4 up ? weigh your first thing in the morning after you use the restroom and see if that helps

ive been mixing sugar free cool whip with jello temptations sugar free chocolate jello ill have to try making a sandwich with it and freezing it sounds great

would it be possible or have you already tried another similar med, two of my children take adderall xr in the morning and its suppose to last all day my son is starving when he wakes up but they both eat regular through out the day and have never had any nausea or eating issues, hope you find something that works good luck

first thing in the morning after you go to the bathroom, i always weigh myself within the same 30 min window if i happen to get weighed at the dr or something its always off by 2-5 lbs

a few of the foods that have helped my sodium numbers go down are snyders salt free pretzels, jello mouse temptations, celery, brocoli, cauliflower, dove sugar free chocolates, good luck

i have been taking 5-HTP 100 mg by Natures Bounty bought at walmart and I feel it working with my moods but I found I have to take it first thing in the morning or I cant sleep at night.

eventually I think ill wait a while even though not very expensive they cant be resized and its my 3rd one so i can wait, my first one was stolen the 2nd one bought during my pregnancy so its way to big and the 3rd one now doesnt fit so I think for now ill wear another ring that he got me for christmas that still fits.

i count sugar free koolaide as water i would never meet my water standards without it, i watch all my other calories and sugars and workout and have lost 10 the last month and few days, it proably wouldnt have happened without my flavored water

i feel the same way i use to love pop and candy bars and now when i take a drink of hubbys pop just bc its there im disappointed i guess i should be happy everything taste yucky now bc im down 8 lbs

wow no wonder why im fat i just looked and an oldtimer hamburger is 800 calories and 1660 sodium thats without my fries and 2 sodas omg im glad ive gotten use to eating at home

I think it would help especially if every couple days you could get a good 30-60 min workout in, ive been losing by staying close or under my calories and trying to workout a couple times a week but somedays all the kids let me get is 20min on the statinary bike, good luck

If the weather is nice I try to walk push the stroller and walk the older kids to school then when the younger ones nap I do workout dvds and the stationary bike, good luck
