I did L2D1 today *yes, I know I'm a little late!* but I kind of thought it was more fun than Level 1! I like the holding better than the up and down and it's so much easier on my weak ankle...I didn't make it all the way through without a little cheating of course, but it was only the first day!

I ended up working really late last night and not getting home in time to get in L1D7, so that will be tonight. However, I decided that days off are NOT my friend. I wasn't sore at all yesterday, but I am today...strange!

L1D7 tonight and last night was the first time that I could have fun with a lot of the video! No soreness at all today! I do have to say though...any of the arm exercises still kill me while I am doing them. I am not sure I will ever be able to do a "real" push-up instead of going to my knees!

I've had mine about six months now. I still love it! It's my favorite quote done on my shoulder, so it's easy to hide in anything except a tank top, but easy to show off too! I don't regret it at all.

Sometimes if its late and I'm still quite a bit under, I'll drink a big glass of milk. Healthy and yummy and takes up some of those extra calories.

Yup. I am the same way, but now I make sure that I have some calories left at the end of the day so when I want my spoonful of peanut butter and glass of skim milk (my favorite midnight munchie) I have it taken care of.

I think a lot of us on here have struggled with eating disorders in the past and are now trying to find healthy ways to accomplish the same thing. It's a lot slower, but in the long run, much better us and there is that whole staying alive thing...that's kind of a plus!

I had one of those yesterday! It makes you want to run away from all things food related. I usually do extra exercise on those days so that I can indulge a little, but not pay for it in calories.

Mine is an inverted bob, so its chin length in front and short in the back. I pull mine up in a high half-ponytail on top of my head. I look like a super dork, but it works. I also have two or three headbands that I use if I can't find a ponytail holder. It's really not that difficult to deal with, and I love the length…

I have a couple of pairs of jeans and a couple of really cute shirts that I wore in college that I have in my upstairs closet. I really, really want to wear those again!

I don't eat anything that had hair or fur. I was a vegetarian for about six years, but I really struggled with my protein and iron due to some hereditary factors, so I added back in poultry and fish. After a couple of years, I just didn't really even think about it anymore.

I had an entire thread on Facebook about kicking and cussing at my elliptical. Several people agreed with me that it really makes the workout go better. Others thought I needed a mental checkup. It's the machine I love to hate.

I've made the chocolate cake mug! It was pretty good. Not my favorite, but good for a chocolate fix.
