Thank you for the advice. I decided to order the Asylum. I like to be in a puddle of sweat when I am done working out and was thinking the Rockin Body wouldn't be as hard, but couldn't really tell from the promo's.

This may be just my experience, but if you don't have a heart rate monitor be careful how many calories you are logging for doing Insanity. Stick with it! You will end up loving it! Just do what you can in the beginning. The goal is to do better each week, not to kill yourself in the beginning. I have been doing it for a year and still find it challenging. Just do as much as you can do, don't try to keep up with the folks on the video, that will come in time.…

I know "The Biggest Loser" is not real life, I am just saying that even with that extreme controlled weight loss situation they seem to have a good week followed by a bad week. It just gives me hope!
