aahhhhhh ................NO JUSTICE....................my husband started working out months after me......and he has lost more weight and has more endurance (running) than I do.....:grumble: I just keep on trying.....after all I HAD OUR 4 CHILDREN.......LOL:smile:

Megan I think your beautiful and your very inspiring....I also do the 30 day shred in the mornings and try to ge to the gym in the evening.....my theory is .......if you can't be happy and positive about yourself what example are you setting for our children! So, spending a little time on me allows for more quality time…

I used this site everyday for about 2 weeks and then got side tracked......very bad. I was so good for that two weeks......hopefully now I can stick to it.....as I lost about 4 lbs by tracking EVERYTHING!!!! Kelly:wink : Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
