    Kelly you can do this. Make it one choice and one day at a t ime. Make some small goals and some larger goals.

    Eve hit it on the head. Just know you *can* do it. Do it for yourself, not for anyone else. Make it a life goal, not a diet. And know that although it seems like it will take 'forever', 'forever 'will eventually come and you will be able to look back and laugh.

    Hi!
    I'm about a week in - so relatively new - but what I've noticed is the 'balance' in each day. If I want a snack that takes me beyond my daily cals- then I need to add some exercise to balance out the day (even taking the dog for a walk - he's loving the new plan!).
    It's been working so far . . . good luck!
