Continue to do both! They're both good for different reasons, cardio because it obviously burns cals which means you're burning fat. Weighs because it will build lean muscle and lean muscle will continue to burn more when you're not exercising Well done on your current weight loss and good luck with the rest x

I won't spend that much on interchangable items (ie tops etc) but generally if you find an amzing pair of jeans you will wear them ALOT - my fave pair cos me 240 - I've had them for 2 ears and wear them ALL the time. THIS Well said - I do a combination of buying certified organic where i can and growing from home and shopping at the grocery stores. Do what you can in your budget Eating organic is NORMAL and should be for everyone!

I ate 20 of those pascal chocolate eclairs yesterday . We all do it! Today is a new day, so we stuffed up - no worries, today I will eat clean and train dirty to make up for it! Consisitency, don't throw in the towel because you had a bad day - get right back on track! x

My work day starts at 4.30am when I get up- that is still night time for me and I def don't feel like eating - I find 6-7am a more pallatable time to eat breaky!

Hi :) Have you tried chic nuts (roasted chickpeas) I also snack on ham, turkey and chicken breast, boiled egg white, I haven't tried making them but home made protein balls and bars are pretty good! I'm sure if you google them you'll find recopes Good luck

I think it's the endorphins after the work out that makes you love it. Plus also when you start getting results from your training you want to see more. If it makes you feel any better I went over my cals by about 600 yesterday - snickers, dairy milk and chocolate cake were involved Get back on track today - can do something about today can't do anything about yesterday except get back on track!

Maybe try a different brand - some normal green tea is yuck to me - I much prefer the flavour of green tea with Jasmine. I find different brands have different tastes
