  • Thanks for the answer, i know i haven't eaten that much but feeling so full makes me feel kinda guilty, i've been trying a more "asian" sized portions when eating and got used to finishing meals without feeling completely full, i guess i forgot how it was to indulge a little bit
  • I dunno what about you guys but it actually work for me... I usually drink a cup of black coffee without sugar after my lunch and it supresses my appetite for hours sometimes even until dinner time, so my belly is getting flatter
