I sure do hope the damage isnt that bad... Apart from this I have a very stable diet of 1400-1700 kcals.I hope that works in my favour :p I'll post the results if anyones interested.

Wow thanks for the many replies. I checked on my foods and noticed that I indeed probably got way more potassium and sodium than MFP makes me think. It didnt take into account the pine nuts in my salad today, the salt I used for my marinade etc... I definitely met the minimum mentioned earlier
