Not only tracking but choosing healthy calories is essential. How many calories are you burning when working out? If you don't use a heart rate monitor, I recommend getting one. You should create your own exercise. I recommend invseting in a heart rate monitor w/calorie burn. It will give you a better idea of the amount of calories you are buring over the exercises currently in the database. Body pump is a great class. I'm currently doign P90x!

I hope I am not duplicating effort here, however, one thing I noticed is you are not spacing your calories through out the day. You should eat 5-6 small meals through out any given day. Definitely refrain from so many creamers.
