had some off days but still kept to my calorie goal! im now 152 so i have lost 3 lbs more since friday! about to go work out now :)

Im 5ft 5 and my ideal weight is 135-140lbs! havent been there in nearly 3 years! in my prime now and want to make the most of it i have about 15lbs to go

I LOVE that show! they do lose weight in a short time but we only see a fraction of what they do in the weeks. they probably had a contract with MTV that states how much they HAVE to lose, otherwise if they don't its a waste of money and time for the production company therefore they have more pressure to lose the weight.…

thanks! in a mood like this i would just give up and go buy some chocolate from the local shop (then feel dreadful about it) but I'm sticking it out! Ill take up the idea of upper body strengthening, thats a great tip!

Yer i suppose but im always too concious of what im eating then i sort of get sick of worrying and splurge...i sort of need to refocus my whole idea on food because losing weight is all i think about, and thats whats making me break my diet if you understand? i was having this conversation with my friends today and i said how i might get a tub of whey they were like NOOOO it makes you gain weight....but i thought it makes you lose weight? i know it builds muscle which adds weight but why do i hear that whey is good for weight loss? :S

Thank you for the replies, i have been inspired by your advice. The main aim for losing weight is to build self esteem (looks wise) however i shouldnt think of that as much but think what good i am doing to my body! I'm going to try not to obsess over it but look at it as a new lifestyle :) I suppose in the months to come…

What im saying is i havent had dinner yet and another snack which will add up to about 800 cals so iv calculated that by the end of the day i'll have 200 cals or so left. i keep getting 100 cals left everyday and im wondering if this is making my metabolic rate decrease. I'm not starving myself trust me!
