I can't do the container thing as I've bought a big 6lb bag of frozen veggies from Costco. Just weighed them frozen. 1 cup of frozen veggies isn't very many! :cry: hahah I love vegetables :love:

It's been two weeks. I've opened my food diary, I've been keeping around 1,500 calories every day but I do a fair bit of exercise. Do you think it's cause I'm not eating enough?? Or too much??

I find drinking herbal teas help. Also I put a little bit of benefibre in with my teas which helps flush out the bad things in my system!
