So I have a can of mushrooms here. It says 284ml Nutrition facts say 35 cal/ 125ml Now I drained the can of mushrooms and then I put them into a bowl and they weighed 160ml on my scale. Calories of frozen veg? Weigh b4 or after cooking?
On the back of my bag of frozen vegetables it says serving size 1cup (85g) When I measure out 1 cup of vegetables and weigh them it's usually about 20g-50g more than 85g Should I go with the 85g measurements? Or should I just cook them and then measure out 1 cup. What would you do?? Tks x :laugh:

Is going over carbs bad?
I almost always go over my carbohydrates and I don't know if it's a bad thing or not I'm not really sure what the negative effect they could have on you are?? Or does it not matter. I'm juts curious because I always go over them by a nice bit?

I'm 5'2 135 pounds losing .5 per week. I eat 1500 calories a day but today I exercised a fair bit like enough to burn about 1,100 calories (1.5 hr zumba, 1h walk and a jillian michaels workout video) I know I should probably eat some back but I'm not sure. Am I burning too much? Should I be eating more? Thanks x

Right arm muscle bigger than left?
I'm right handed so yes naturally my right arm has a much bigger muscle than my left arm. Any suggestions on how to level it out? Right now when I do my workout DVD I use a 5 pound on my left arm and a 3 on my right. Will this help??
