I'm right handed so yes naturally my right arm has a much bigger muscle than my left arm. Any suggestions on how to level it out? Right now when I do my workout DVD I use a 5 pound on my left arm and a 3 on my right. Will this help??

I'm right handed. My right arm always shows definition from workouts before my left arm. I've tried to compensate by doing more sets on the left arm and while that has helped, it's still noticeable to me although others don't see it as much.0

Probably, but a conscious focus on your left during your exercise session will work, too.0

I am the same way, very right handed and use my right leg more often, so I do more lifting with my left to compensate. I notice that as my left leg and arm get stronger, I am less right handed in my everyday movements.0
