Hit a wall Not losing anymore weight

New Years resolution was to get fitter and finally lose weight. I've been doing really good with eating and exercising.
I exercise 2 hours approximately every day. And I eat about 1500 calories. Are my exercises getting old?? Should I be eating more or less? I'm frustrated!
I'm 139 lbs and 5'1"

How long have you been stuck? Generally, if you're not losing weight over a few week period it means you're eating more than you think. Opening your food diary would help to see consistency.0

It's been two weeks. I've opened my food diary, I've been keeping around 1,500 calories every day but I do a fair bit of exercise. Do you think it's cause I'm not eating enough?? Or too much??0

You may not be eating enough for the amount of exercise you are doing.0

Be patient and wait. 2 weeks is not hitting a wall, especially for females.
Quite often I go 2-3 weeks with no loss followed by a week with a big loss. It averages out to about 1 pound/week which I aim for. I think a lot of it has to do with water retention and my monthly cycle. It gets very frustrating not seeing the scale change, but when losing weight, focus on long term patterns.0
