Have you tried a meal replacement shake? I am Never hungry at breakfast but found a yummy one packed with vitamins and I eat that most mornings. If I forget I vet he dizzy feeling youre talking about. If you message me I can share the link with you! Good luck!

I use the free app "Food on the table" for meal ideas. It has tons of recipes and makes your grocery list for you. Good luck!

You sound like ypuve got a great plan. Remember to drink plenty of water (8 a day minimum) and heathy foods. Empty calories will not help your weight loss. If you keep that up you will see results pretty soon!

My husband had something similar and it was a side effect of heartburn. He had no heartbun symptoms but the acid was wesring on his stomach. A few weeks of antacids helped!

Get a workout Buddy! On days shes not interested I get her going and vis versa. You can also try setting a rewardbsystem for yourself. 5 days in a row to the gym and you get a manicure ( or whateve relaxes you!)
