How long it will take to lose 28 pounds?

I'm 5'1" and 138lb and 20 years old. I currently am eating 1600 calories and exercise 5x a week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, I run 2 miles and Monday-Friday I work out to the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD (still on Lvl 1). I was wondering if my goal of losing 28 pounds by July is realistic and if not, then what time frame should I be looking at?

    You sound like ypuve got a great plan. Remember to drink plenty of water (8 a day minimum) and heathy foods. Empty calories will not help your weight loss. If you keep that up you will see results pretty soon!

    If you eat a lot, then it will take a long time. If you eat less and preferably healthy, it will take less time.
