  • I'm 5'1" and 132 lbs, and my size 10 missus are starting to feel too loose. I think I might actually be closer to an 8 now? I'm mainly just doing cardio and haven't really gotten into strength or resistance yet, so I'm still pretty blobby with a pudgy tummy and all that.
  • Any sort of burger or uncut sandwich must be turned as I eat it, so that I'm eating around the whole thing and working may way towards the center. And if a sandwich is cut in half, I have to eat the outer, crust portions first.
