Omg no way am I that tough! Maybe I'll try outside this weekend when it's supposed to hit 40. Until then I'm donig 30 day shred inside and I think I'm gonna run stairs. I do have plenty of those! I think I have a new goal: make it all the way up to my apt only by stairs, all 22 stories.

I drink a glass of water before I eat and a salad before a meal helps start to fill me up. Especially when I'm eating something I probably shouldn't like pizza or Chinese take out. Yeah, 300-700 is way too low. Eating too little will make your body go into starvation mode and hold onto every bit of fat it can. And to the chick that posted about "father"...it's fathom...get a dictionary.

I get bored with routine work outs, I don't know what you're doing but maybe try breaking it up. I've got zumba, kenpo karate, and yoga dvd's and ride my bike and take the dog to the park and stuff. I quit if I do the same thing everyday and it becomes a boring chore.

You're looking great! I LOVE milk and hate the fat free watered down stuff, I try to get 2% and keep it to a glass a day. Milk is good for you so it's ok to keep around!

Hey! great goal, you can do it! Personally I find it hardest to get started and stay in the habit of working out, this year has been really stressful and I kept starting and stopping but I've been good everyday for 2 weeks and it's already way easier. Stick with it and keep your goals in mind!
