  • If you want a good "Cleanse" check out the Beachbody Ultimate Reset. I know many people that have done this and I plan on doing this in a few months. It gives you everything that you need to eat clean. You actually eat food, not just shakes.

  • PB2 is awesome! They also have a Chocolate PB2. We add it in our Protein Shakes. If you want it like a spread, just add a little water and spreads just like regular PB. Love it!

  • 3 lbs in two week is great! I would recommend adding a few days of strength in there and add some interval training in. Weights will help you build muscle, not bulk, which will help you burn fat. Losing the weight slowly will help keep it off! Keep up the good work and try not to get discouraged.
