If you are on BCP, could be a side effect of the drug. I would check the info packet and talk with your doctor first and foremost.

I take the long way to the restroom and water fountain. I get up and stretch at least once an hour. Other than that, I walk 2 miles everyday at lunch when I am in the office (sometimes I work from home).

I use a heart rate monitor while walking. I also use an app to track my mph and distance. The MFP estimate is about 50% too low for my actual burn.

I have 2 kids (age 1 and 4) and work 50 hours a week. I get up at 5AM and workout at home for about 30 min a day. I am a bit of a morning person, so I never hit snooze anyway. I just get up, get dressed, and get moving. Soon it will become habit. Good luck!

5'4" and at 107lbs (goal is 106 and toned). I have a very small frame. I like Jillian Michaels DVDs, especially 6 week 6 pack and Ripped in 30. Any ladies are free to add me as a friend! I am 34 and have 2 kids.

I wake up at 5 a.m. And work out at home. I don't eat anything until after I'm done working out, then I have a protein shake. After I get to work, I eat breakfast around 7:30 a.m..

I love 6 week 6 pack. I started doing it in February, alternating with ripped in 30 and a few other Jillian workouts. I definitely now have some very nice ab definition.
