  • I don't diet..I pretty much eat what I want just in smaller portions lol. Trust me, there's no starvation going on over here! Half the time I don't even finish my food chart..I'm probably averaging 1500-1600 calories a day.

  • I forgot my ipod yesterday so I brought my phone in to entertain me. Sorry I can't sit on a bike for an hour without getting bored. If I don't have my ipod or phone I will get up and go because I get bored easily..lol.
  • I've only heard bad things about it. It's not healthy or sustainable..you'll lose the weight quick and then eventually gain it all back if not more.

  • I have the opposite problem and I couldn't be happier. I guess it just depends on your body but I'm on zoloft and I've lost over 10 lbs since being put on it. Maybe talk to your doctor about switching?
  • you need to have a net calorie intake of 1200 calories at least a day or your body goes into starvation mode. So lets say you eat your 1200 calories but then burn 400 calories exercising..that brings you down to 800 calories so you'll then eventually go into starvation mode.   • You could be gaining muscle..are you eating your exercise calories? If not then you're probably not getting enough food.
  • The same thing is happening to me. I lost 10 lbs but the scale won't move. The only thing I can think is that we're gaining muscle which weighs more than fat.I don't really mind if I lose anymore or not though as long as I'm toned, which is slowly happening. Don't give up!

  • I don't have an answer for you but I did the same thing today. As soon as I took a sip of water my mouth was bone dry. It was crazy! So you're not alone :) I also drank almost 14 glasses of water so I'm not sure how I could be dehydrated. It was only when I drank the water too..weird.

  • I stay way under my sodium intake normally..it was just this weekend. It's def not my feelings! lol. I feel exactly like I did before I lost weight. I have to do the "pants dance" just to get my jeans on now! lol.
