I have the Link. I'm getting the 3000 calories b/c MFP is adding the 1675 to my 1400 baseline calorie intake for my settings. I'm using a HRM for my exercise calories so I think they are pretty accurate. Just wondering if I'm "double dipping" by logging the exercise? Maybe I should let the armband do its thing.

The only accurate way to measure calorie burn is to use a heart rate monitor.

You guys rock. Today I did Cathe's Cardio Leg Blast. I did the extended premix b/c I had the time. It focuses on legs, but you get good cardio workout too. I love starting the day with a good workout.

Okay, I just looked up the Master Cleanse b/c I've never heard of it. It is awful and unhealthy. One of the great things about forums like these is that you learn new stuff all the time.

I'm sure you are fine. I'm assuming you are avoiding all sugar on your cleanse and are worried that you just blew it by eating fruit, you can rest assured that fruit is just fine on a cleanse. I love your honest response. I wonder about "banking" calorie nets though. Can I "bank" my net calories for an upcoming day or days where I know I'll be tempted to go over my calorie suggestion.
