How i have done it. 1) went from eating fast food for almost every meal of the week to maybe 1 meal a week or none at all. 2) replaced all soda, haven't had a soda since Feb 9th. I guess i should have mentioned i am 6'0. Thanks for all the tips people. I think ill keep doing about an hour of cardio a day like i have been doing and i am going to add in some weight training like i did this morning. I did reps on the seated press, seated row and the leg press and also did reps with 15 lb dumbells.

Thanks everyone for all the advise and well wishes. The motivation is huge. I also work retail so i am walking a mile and 1/2 each day and burning close to 300 calories 5 days a week at work (according to my pedometer) while working out 6 days a week. Thanks for the words. So far i have been to the gym 6 days a week over the last two weeks and maintained about a 1600-1700 calorie a day diet. So far so good.

Yes its something im trying to maintain. Im not looking to speed through losing the weight.
