Yes it has an adjustment, just have to press where the weight is and just decrease. Also if you missed workouts, you have to decrease the weight too.

Same here. Download the application and It would tell you that the program starts with the bar only (45 pounds). also it tells you how much you have to add each time. I love it because it takes only 45 minutes, I feel stronger and look tone.

This, I focus on size now. I am size 6, weight 147.6 pounds, 5'7", if I lose more weight I think I look really small, plus I carry most of my weight in my butt and I don't want to have flat *kitten*.

This^, For me to avoid eating the whole bag of chips, I count the chips and put them in a bowl. I eat pizza too, and I just pick my two slices, put them on a plate and never go back for more.

If you still breastfeeding that could be the reason for loosing weight faster, try to eat everything, including ice cream, (junk food not so much) and continue with the workout to stimulate your appetite, and try eat even when you are not hungry. I am 5'7", 43, 147 and I had been in maintenance for almost 3 months eating 1920 to 2100 calories.I workout 3x per week and one day of pilates, I had been loosing little weight so this week I upped my calories to 2160.

I think around 128-133 range. O.P I get that a lot, I am 5'7", 147.8 and most people including my family keeps telling me that I look small and that I shouldn't loose more weight. I am trying to maintain that weight because I am happy to say that I am using size 6, and I am not willing to buy more smaller clothes.

I am 5'7", been in maintenance for 3 months, and had been eating 1920 calories, workout 4 times a week, still loosing weight, very little but loosing, so this week I increased my calories to 2160, I'll see what happens.
