Add a cup or two of cabbage, and maybe a bit of red or green pepper, and I am sold! :love: And, yes, more liquid, to make it stew-like or a thick soup.....YUM

#1 STRETCH prior to walking. #2. PROPER WALKING SHOES are extremely important. #3. Focus on heel to toe motion. #4. Concrete can be very invasive to the body. If #1 thru #3 still are an issue, then #4 could and maybe isn't appropriate for you. I now walk in the gyms track, and am better. Good luck . ;)

How about throwing all your fruits, veggies, and such, in your blender at night, then in the morning, add your yogurt,protein powder, almond meal, and or flax meal....blend it up, and fill your to go cup with crushed ice, pour your smoothie in and enjoy.

A can of tuna in water mixed w celery, onions and light mayo, with rice crackers......so filling and lots of protein. Pair that with string cheese...yummmmmm

BUMP.... going through the same dilemma, with the thyroid and all. It has taken me almost 2 years to lose 20 lbs, and I work out 5 days a week, with about an hour or more of cardio each day, and 5 to 8 weight machines 3 days a week. I am religious with my food.
