  • Definitely the black eyed peas. I listen to pandora Radio station set the station to the black eyed peas And most of the songs are perfect for my workout :)
  • I'm sure you all know this but don't drink the majority of your daily water in one sitting thats where people get into trouble. You are more likely to deplete your electrolytes. Drink your water throughout the day.
  • Pro-Cal 100 They come in chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and cappucino. The chocolate and strawberry ones are the best. These by far are the best tasting shakes, and very little calories with 15g of protein in each shake.
  • Zumba is really high impact and full of a lot of latin dance moves. It really is one of the funnest classes. You will definitely sweat. Have a great time and just try your best, eventually you will get the moves down. If you have any dance background then that will help you.
  • I topped the scale at 263. I am 5 foot 6. I am 29. I just started tracking what I eat with my food diary. I think being diligent with the food diary is so important. I'm currently on vacation in South Carolina and I'm determined not to gain anymore weight. I would love the support with the food diary.

  • I'm an RN and loving this site. I found it when I was browsing iphone apps. I'm definitely spreading the word about MFP. I'm hoping this website will be an encouragement to me as I start my journey to a healthier me. ::smile:
