  • I would say that you should motivate each other! Try working out together! It gives you a reason to hang out and it is good for both of you. Taking long walks together could be a good start. Most importantly is to just watch what you eat. Sub out a few high-fat snacks with something healthier. Good luck!
  • There is a scene in the episode in which the group (Rick & co) run past a pile of human remains while being led by the bullets. This is definitely worth noting. Also, I'm not sure if this was mentioned yet, but what I found interesting is that after both groups arrived they were offered a large hunk of meat by the woman on…
  • Thank you so much! (:
  • Sometimes drinking a lot of water helps with bloating. Exercise also can help with bloating.
  • I was debating on whether or not I wanted to wake up to go to the Insanity class that my school offers tomorrow morning and this post gave me the motivation I need! Keep up the great work! (:
  • Chewing some mint gum helps me to ward off cravings!
  • I'm a fan of walking on the treadmill. I just increase the incline and walk at a 4.0 pace and I typically burn a lot of calories that way!
  • I'm 19 and I'm also looking for more friends and encouragement! (:
  • THAT LOOKS SO GOOD
  • I love how it's so much easier for people to tell a person that they are "too skinny" rather than "too fat." Honestly, skinny shaming does exist and it disgusts me! I have been told to "go eat a burger" plenty of times and it ticks me off. My sister has a naturally high metabolism and was 5'2" and around 100 pounds for…
  • It's actually supposed to be a great product (for all sizes) and Sephora is probably just trying to advertise the product. I don't believe that calling you "fat" was their intention. I'm sure that when it comes to sample packs they will hand them out to everyone that is in the store. Don't let it get to you because of the…
  • Too many of the same vegetable can be harmful. It can mess with your digestive system. Change it up every once in a while. Also, like mentioned by a few people above me, try cooking some of your vegetables. I love to stick a pan of broccoli and peppers in the oven for a half hour with a bit of olive oil and garlic. It's…
  • See if your campus offers fitness classes! I also attend school as a full-time student but I manage to attend a fitness class almost every day! Also, like mentioned above, many campuses have gyms that are free to residents so look in to that as well! The gyms at my school are open until 11pm so there is definitely time for…
  • Hello! I go to CCSU. It sucks trying to find healthy food while on a college meal plan. I'd love some college friends who are in to dieting and exercise! Feel free to add me!
  • Hi! I've been a vegetarian for 10 years now. I started giving up meet about 13 years ago but I wasn't a full vegetarian until 10 years ago. I take multi-vitamins every day and I haven't had health issues (due to diet) for a while now. I've always been fairly active, but recently I have been aiming to tone and gain muscle.…
