Hi I am 53 and have been here for 538 days! 45 lbs then put some back on for a loss of 36lbs. Still have a lot to lose. It is quite slow. But it was slow for me to put it on. So glad to others with the same struggle. I was beginning to wonder if it was just me! We should make a group for all of us instead of a thread!

Yep, but I know I can not do this on my own any longer. I gave it 50 years to get it correct. But that didn't work. Now I just take a few hours or days off. I let that feeling come. But I then force it out! Good luck! this is NOT a easy Journey for sure!

You wanna know why you haven't lost more in a MONTH? If 2kg is 4 lbs THATS HUGE! Some people are on here for years. As you are growing older the slower your metabolism is getting. So it will become harder and hared to lose as you age.

I have hypothyroid. Not a expert but what you posted about the other test people have mentioned to you are correct. I had them done AFTER I kept bugging my doctor about. But I didn't read as to when you had your vitamin D "fixed" Because that is a slow process as in anemia. Could it be you are still suffering the effects…

I would say everyone is not DRINkIING! This group petered out on the 2nd day! To bad. I am going to keep going! This is making me feel so much better. And water is all you need to do a cleanse. Your liver will do the rest!

You are doing so well. Take a rest, I learned the hard way. I didn't rest my injury and it is now taking a long time to heal. I can not even imagine a heel spur pain. Get better soon.
