I cook up five or six pounds of chicken breast in the crock pot, covered in just water, then shred and freeze the plain chicken until I want it. The sautéing is really just heating it up and adding flavor. I usually used canned mushrooms but fresh is probably tastier. Cooking it in the crockpot with broth and onions, and…

I eat shredded chicken all the time. It's good reheated in a skillet with lime juice, onions and peppers, taco seasoning and Worcestershire sauce on a tortilla with some sour cream. My favorite way to eat it is to saute it in a pan with some water (or olive oil), onions, and garlic, (sometimes mushrooms too) and add garlic…

I bake it in the oven with a mix of brown mustard and light mayo on top, its delicious. Or marinade in teriyaki with garlic salt, onion powder, and sliced onions. These recipes everyones posted sound great.

You look great!

I'm 26 also, but no kids. I was 270, now down to 204, so we have similar current weights. I'll add you :) I'm on every day, open diary.

Raisin Bran Crunch with almond milk, 210 calories. Just got off a night shift. It's too rainy here to go on the bike ride I was hoping to get in, so I think I'm headed home for a nap.

Chains in the US with over 20 locations have to have that info available. Honestly, I wish they all had to have it. Printed right on the menu would be great. I get that sometimes too. The other day at my job, the office had $5 Little Cesar's pizzas. It's a small office, so it was really obvious and weird that I didn't have…

I do pretty much the same thing, and I've had no problems. I like to snack at night and have a big dinner.

You look great!

I still have a ways to go though.

I started off eating 1200 calories, but I was always hungry and thinking about food, so I adjusted my goals to around 1400. The higher amount works much better for me, personally.

You look great! I'm really proud of you!

I have also had this problem. What I've been doing is looking things up in the regular database and directly copying and pasting their names into the recipe search. It's not 100%, but it works most of the time.

I prelog all the food I plan to eat at work and pack it the night before. I like knowing what to eat if I get hungry and having snacks that fit into my day with me. If I'm not working or if I'm at school then I just add throughout the day. When I first started I would estimate for homemade things or restaurant food and…

Beer of course! And maybe a sandwich in a Ziploc bag so it doesn't sink or get soggy.

All of you did great, I'm so happy for everyone!

Chicken breasts, deli chicken breast, raspberries, and of course coffee! If I didn't have chicken I'd have to seriously reconsider my entire diet. For sweets other than raspberries I've been eating Jolly Ranchers every day

Mr Pita. I've found info for their regular pitas online, but not the pita pizzas.
-
You can add me! I'm 26, open diary, I log every day.

I like Cool Whip on raspberries, sometimes with a little Hershey's syrup. Jolly ranchers are good too.
