Blue Bunny makes a BIG fudge bar that is absolutely delicious and only 90 calories. It is HUGE! Twice the size of most fudge bars.

I worked with a Jim Carey before. And at my last job we had a Charlie Brown. He totally embraced it though...even wore a Peanuts tie to our Christmas Party.

Yep. I eat when I am hungry. Sometimes it makes me go over on my calories and sometimes it doesn't but I'd rather eat and feel better than to be really hungry.

Unless it is floating in hot oil with some sort of yummy breading surrounding it, I'm not interested in how it looks.

My give away pile always had gumdrops in it. I hate those things. Licorice or twizzlers went in there too. The only candy bars I would keep were snickers, butterfinger, reese cups, kit-kat, and twix...everything else was given away...almond joy, mounds, milky way, three muskateers...bleh! I'm pretty sure my mom would raid…

I just skimmed through the replies and just realized how R-rated my office is. My top 5 are: 1) That's what she said. 2) For f*cks sake! 3) Are you f*cking kidding me?!? 4) What the hell does she want now?? 5) Shut your f*cking face. No lie.

I only read the first page of replies so forgive me if I repeat what anyone else has already said. I do agree with the whole "you have to make the time" part but, I admit, its very easy for someone like me to say that because I have help whereas it seems you don't. But there are times when it is up to me to shuttle the…

I haven't cut anything out. I believe in the "everything in moderation" school of thought. I make better choices and have incorporated WAY more fresh fruits and veggies into my diet but if I want cookies, I eat them. Plain and simple. I just only eat two instead of six. It's all about self-control and portion control for…

My mom and I would go to the local Mexican Restaurant and go through not one, but TWO large cheese dips and probably about 5-6 baskets of chips. And we'd still order regular meals and eat every bite. We left completely stuffed saying we'd never eat that much again...until the next time we went there. It was a vicious,…

THIS! I started out on the "standard 1200" as well and I was hungry all the time. So I upped my calories a bit and now I not onyl feel better but I am losing more. I say up your calories for a couple of weeks and see how you feel/lose and then go from there...you can always go back to the 1200 if you think you need to.…

I would starve if I couldn't eat pass 6pm...some days I don't get home from the gym until 7pm!

An IV drip is preferred but I settle for a strong brew with a little sugar and half & half. Unless I am hitting up Starbucks and then all bets are off and I order a Venti-White-Chocolate-Mocha. Best. Coffee. Ever.

OMG I am DYING I am laughing so hard!!

Oh my...sounds delicious!!

Ditto...I have HORRIBLE eczema on my hands and this is the only thing that helped me. Its expensive but its worth it.

My go-to overnight oats recipe is: 1/2 c. oats 1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk 1 Tbsp PB2 (or any kind of peanut butter is fine) 1 Tbsp. honey 1 tsp. cocoa powder Mix together and stick in fridge overnight. I usually take mine out about 15-20 minutes before I eat it so it can warm up a bit. Its DELICIOUS!!!

Me too!!! So may of the others apply to me too... ...I have waaay more sports bras than regular bras ...I always have a HRM strap hanging up to dry in the bathroom ...and I get upset if I can't do my usual run...I get strange looks from the fam when I say "I only did 4 miles today"...they always have the same reply,…

I plan ahead. Its just easier that way. And if know that I am going to the gym, I know I can afford to eat a little bit more so I try and save evening goodies for those days. It also helps so that I can plan my workouts accordingly to help offset the days when I know I'll be eating more.

Same here. I don't hate it but I certainly don't like it either.

I don't have the energy to read all the replies but this statement here stuck out at me. So what if it takes you 7 months to lose 30 pounds??? Would you rather have 7 months pass and still be the same weight or worse be heavier?? The time is going to pass regardless so why not exercise and eat better no matter what. Even…

My co-workers would be in serious danger if I gave up coffee. I'm not kidding...SERIOUS danger!! So for the safety of others I think its best that I still drink my morning cup of joe!

About 30 colorful pens, neon post-its, and binder clips.

TRUTH!

I am less hungry on days that I run. I have to force myself to eat sometimes.

The only advice I can give is to keep going. Your 8 minutes will turn into 9 and then 10 and so on until you can do the whole thing. I am on week two right now and when I first started I couldn't even get through one set of the warm up. And there are 3!!!! I thought I was going to die! But I just kept at it and now I can…

I  this site! And may be borderline obsessed...but it is the ONLY thing that has worked for me. And even that took awhile. I'm pretty sure I "joined" three or four times before I actually started using it on a daily basis. Good luck!!!! :flowerforyou:

"Eating healthy and exercising is hard. Being fat is hard. Pick your hard."

This is awesome. And so very true. I have tried dieting so many times...and one day I realized I had to change my habits for life not just temporarily. For me its all mental and until I had my mind made up, I was just starting and failing over and over again.

I have never heard of these but just googled them and they look awesome. I have freakishly small ears and nothing I buy stays in so I will DEF be purchasing a pair of these!
