  • well i purposefully grabbed a giant latte with heavy cream from starbucks this morning and I ate my lunch and snacks. No chance of not hitting the calories today! I also came in at 900 calories yesterday, and I woke up hungry. First time since June :(
  • I eat from 12 noon to 6 pm, more or less (I adjust when working overtime or travelling). Huge improvements to my mental health, and I find it very sustainable.
  • I find that high fat helps me mentally. Yes, joint pain is better. And many improvements to appetite, but I like the benefit to my mental health the best!

  • I found that with my teenager, she barely noticed when I removed the carby stuff. When she asked why there was no pasta/potato/starch product, I just told her that I did not have time to cook it.   • I think technically if it has calories, then it breaks the fast. I have recently developed a taste for peppermint tea with NO sweetener lol.
