If you can't do something the way they are doing it, modify it. They will show you how. As long as you keep moving and try to do it, you'll be fine......

  • I have alot of weight to lose too and I try to ride everyday. I just started a couple of weeks ago and I have been riding for 20 -30 minutes a day, thats roughly 3 to 4 miles. I have bad knees otherwise I would do more, but I'm not pushing it just yet.
  • I have a Polar F6 and I love it. 2 years is about right for battery life. You are probably getting bad readings because the battery is going bad. I would see how much it is to change the battery, it might be cheaper than investing in a new one.
